Classical Guitar
Classical guitar offers a remarkable combination of technical precision, musical depth and expressive freedom. In my lessons, we work on the foundations of classical guitar technique while developing the musical understanding needed to bring each piece to life.Depending on your level and goals, lessons can include right- and left-hand technique, posture, Apoyando and Tirando, arpeggios, tremolo, articulation, dynamics and the balance between different voices. We also work on reading and understanding the musical details of a score, so that technique becomes a means of expression rather than an obstacle to it.Repertoire is selected according to each student's level, interests and musical development. We can explore music from the Renaissance, Baroque, Classical and Romantic periods as well as more modern repertoire. Works and studies by composers such as Bach, Fernando Sor, Matteo Carcassi and Dionisio Aguado can form part of this journey, alongside other composers and pieces suited to your individual goals.Beyond technique, my aim is to help you develop your own musical voice. We work on interpretation, phrasing, dynamics, articulation and musicality so that you can play with greater confidence, clarity and expression.

Flamenco Guitar
Flamenco guitar is rooted in rhythm, expression and a deep connection between technique and musical feeling. In my lessons, we explore the language of flamenco step by step, developing both the technical skills and the musical understanding needed to play with confidence and expression.Depending on your level and goals, lessons can include flamenco techniques such as rasgueados, picado, arpeggios and other essential elements of flamenco guitar, as well as compás, rhythmic patterns, accompaniment, phrasing and musical interpretation. We also explore different palos, including Tangos, Bulerías, Soleá, Fandangos, Sevillanas, giving you an understanding of their distinctive rhythms, character and musical structure.For students interested in repertoire, we can also work on compositions and arrangements by influential flamenco guitarists such as Paco de Lucía, Paco Peña and Sabicas. Whether you want to develop your technique, learn flamenco repertoire, accompany dance or explore flamenco as a solo guitarist, lessons are adapted to your experience and musical goals.

I believe that good guitar teaching should develop more than technical ability. It should help you understand music, build confidence and discover your own way of expressing yourself through the instrument.
My teaching combines my experience as a performing guitarist, composer and music educator with a patient and individual approach. Each student has different goals, musical interests and ways of learning, so lessons are adapted to your pace and needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all method.
My experience in music therapy has also influenced the way I think about teaching and learning. Music can be a powerful form of expression, communication and connection — and I want lessons to be a place where students can develop not only as guitarists, but also as musicians.

I understand that life can be hectic, and that’s why I offer flexible lesson times that fit your schedule. Whether you prefer in-person lessons in the beautiful Saarbrücken area or online sessions from the comfort of your home, I’ve made it easy for you to learn at your convenience.

Lessons are available in Saarbrücken and online, allowing me to work with students locally as well as internationally. Students from across Saarland and nearby regions of France and Luxembourg are also welcome.
My Teaching Approach
It’s important to me that you feel comfortable and supported while learning — whether you’re 8 or 80, just starting out or returning to the guitar after years away.
Each lesson is individually tailored to your goals, pace and musical interests. Together, we work on technique, expression and repertoire step by step, with patience and encouragement.
You’ll receive practical exercises, creative ideas and guidance drawn from my experience as a performing musician, so that you can make progress while developing your own musical voice.
For me, learning an instrument is not only about playing the right notes. It is also about discovering how you want to express yourself through music.
